Nile Valley Linens is a family owned linen business. We have a workrooms in Egypt and our administration is in the USA. Because we do not have stores everywhere and not as well known as some large chain stores we try to serve as many customers as we can via the internet

What are some different types of cotton?
One of the highest quality types of cotton is 'Egyptian Cotton', known for its long and strong durable fibers. It is smoother than other types and more resistant to pilling breakage. Pima cotton is of good qualtiy with long fibers but not quite as long as Egyptian Cotton

What does thread count mean?
Thread count refers to how many fabric threads are present in one square inch of fabric. Typically a higher thread count indicates a better quality sheet, although personal preference should be the ultimate deciding factor Thread ply is an indicator of fabric quality as well. All of our sheets are (2) ply and without a doubt improves the quality of the fabric

Is our merchandise first quality?
Yes, all of our online merchandise is first quality. Because we are a family owned business we are the producers of all our linens we can keep our prices low.

What is your shipping policy?
Flat Rate: each item has S&H amount specified. Sorry we do not ship to PO Boxes nor APOS's only ship to physical addresses. Merchandise should be returned within 3-7 days

How do I know if my order has been placed?
Shortly after your order is made you will receive a confirmation email. Please be sure you confirm color, size, name, phone to us for accuracy and proper delivery

What if I make a mistake or want to change my order?
If you make a mistake or want to change your order please EMAIL us immediately. We should be able to accommodate you as long as your order has not been shipped

Will all the items in my order come in one package?
The majority of the time, yes. However, if your order is large because of your country's possible custom issues we will ship items separately

When your merchandise is shipped, you will receive an email from us with a DHL tracking number. You can use www.dhl.com website to track your order

When can I expect my order how long will it take to arrive?
Orders will ship via DHL approx up to 14 business days. If there is a delay we will notify you by email. All duty or custom fees are paid by the buyer and according to your country's laws. Otherwise after shipping you should receive your item within 2-3 days depending on where you are located
